TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions relate to all bookings made with The White Swan Hotel through this website.

Cards accepted: Mastercard, visa, maestro and American express

Any Client wishing to book 5 rooms or more throughout the year will be charge a 10% deposit at the time of Booking. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Any Client wishing to book 10 rooms or more throughout the year will be charge a 20% deposit at the time of Booking. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please note some of the rooms have further stairs after the lift, if guests prefer to be on the main corridor and near the lift please mention this in the Special Request Section when booking.

Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in.

Guarantee Policy

Your credit card details will be used to guarantee your booking. Should you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know by 3pm, 24 hours prior to the date of arrival so as to avoid our cancellation charges.

Deposit Policy

A deposit may be required to guarantee your booking. In some instances, full pre-payment may be required. You will be advised of this at the time of booking.

Checking-In

Your room(s) will normally be available after 2pm. Check-out time is 11am.

Late check outs can be arranged for an extra fee subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival, for parties of 10 or more it is a week prior to arrival. Should you cancel after this time, we have the right to charge the card you secured the reservation with.

Noise: All guests are asked to respect our other guests when in their room, hallways, any public areas of the hotel.

Smoking Policy

No smoking is permitted inside The White Swan Hotel at any time, whether in your room or elsewhere. The White Swan Hotel has designated smoking area and our staff will happily advise you of their location upon request. We reserve the right to charge the card you have used to secure your booking a reasonable fee in respect of specialist cleaning in the event we suspect smoking has taken place in your room(s) during your stay. We also reserve the right to terminate the remainder of your stay in the event that we find you have failed to comply with our smoking policy.

Animals & Pets Policy

No animals will be allowed at The White Swan Hotel

Children’s Policy

Children of any age are welcome as long as with a parent or guardian

Children aged 18 years and above are considered adults at this property.

Accidents Policy

Guests must report any accident or injury they or their guests may have whilst on the premises immediately to a member of management and in any event, within 24 hours of the incident. This information is needed in order to comply with health and safety obligations and for insurance purposes.

Behaviour Policy

we kindly ask that you respect other guests and employees and refrain from any improper, violent or abusive behaviour and any illegal conduct at all times during your stay. We reserve the right to eject you from the premises and cancel the remainder of your stay in the event that you fail to respect this policy.

Damage Policy

We kindly ask that all guests respect all our rooms and facilities. In the event that there is any damage to the room(s) during your stay or if any items are missing from your room(s) upon your departure, we reserve the right to charge the card you have used to secure your booking a reasonable fee in respect of such damage and/or missing items.

Parking Policy

We are unable to take responsibility for your car or any belongings that are in your car whilst you are parked in broadstreet plaza.  Please make sure that all valuables are removed from your car and stored in the safes provided.

Press Policy

The White Swan Hotel has a strict no press policy. Guests will be held accountable if they disclose or identify any other members or guests who are in The White Swan Hotel in any press or social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and on personal blogs.
